STEP 1 OF 5

Put your company on the page.

Identify the organization and the person authorized to present the offer.

Branding & additional detailsCompany logo, contact details, signature and footer

Upload a PNG or JPG no larger than 1 MB. The displayed logo is fitted around extra blank margins; the original image is retained.

An empty field leaves this detail out of the letter.

The candidate signs separately; this tool keeps that signature line blank.

A LITTLE CLARITY GOES A LONG WAY

A few useful answers.

Understand how the layout, custom text, and saved links behave before completing the offer.

Can I change the template after entering my details?

Your entered details and custom text carry across all four layouts, so you can compare designs without rebuilding the offer.

Can I edit the wording?

In Review, open Customize the wording to edit an individual passage. Revisit custom text after changing a date, pay amount, or other related field.

Can I preview the PDF before checkout?

Complete the required fields, then use Open PDF preview to inspect the document. The preview is watermarked; the completed PDF does not carry PREVIEW.

Is the candidate emailed automatically?

The candidate email is retained as a form detail and is not printed or used for automatic delivery. Checkout uses its own delivery email. You decide when and how to send the completed offer to the candidate.

Can I save a letter and finish it later?

While you work, this tab retains the current draft. Save for later gives you a private editing link valid for 30 days. Anyone who has that link can change the unfinished letter, so store it carefully.

Can I change a completed letter?

Finish edits before completing the purchase. A completed letter cannot be changed in this form; send support the order reference if you need help with a correction.
